Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on proper usage. You will follow orientation checklists, maintain the delivery vehicle, and provide excellent patient service while working with the team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations; health benefits and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience is required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment per orientation checklists.
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and safety rules.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure safety.
• Build positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Maintain vehicle and warehouse cleanliness per FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
