Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment, perform equipment setup, and educate patients on proper use. You will follow routes, maintain the delivery vehicle, and cultivate strong patient relationships.

Requirements include at least one year of driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift heavy items. The role offers initial training, comprehensive benefits, and on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment following orientation checklists.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and assist with loading/unloading.
• Build positive relationships with patients and internal teams.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings/weekends as needed.
