Job summary

Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and clinical respiratory services. We seek a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery and setup of home medical equipment to patients, while educating them on proper use.

You will follow patient orientation checklists, adhere to routes, and maintain vehicle safety. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year driving experience, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent speaking and writing abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and teammates.
• Must understand and follow DOT and FDA paperwork.
• Must lift up to 50+ lbs and up to 15 lbs overhead when loading.
• Non-CDL drivers may be 18+, CDL drivers 21+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients on assigned routes.
• Ensure safety and on-time delivery and setup of equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and comply with FDA protocols.
• Provide patient education on equipment use and safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
• Establish positive relationships with patients and team members.
