Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and provide equipment setup and patient education. Roles include following patient orientation, maintaining routes, and upholding safety standards while delivering and training patients.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of driving experience; healthcare background is a plus. On-call shifts in evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading and unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address medical emergencies per policies.
