Job summary

Lincare Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients. You will provide equipment setup and educate patients on proper use while following patient orientation checklists.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year driving experience. On-call shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer-facing skills and clear communication.
• Must be able to read and understand DOT and FDA paperwork.
• Must be able to operate basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse per FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours for emergencies.
