Job summary

Lincare seeks a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients and providing setup and patient education on equipment use.

The role involves following routes, maintaining a clean vehicle, and adhering to safety protocols. You will engage with patients and internal teams, and participate in on-call rotations as needed to address emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in home healthcare is preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand DOT and FDA paperwork.
• Must lift up to 50+ pounds and work an on-call rotation when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment.
• Follow routes and schedules, ensuring safe driving and patient safety.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks.
• Establish positive relations with patients and staff.
• Complete required DOT/FDA paperwork accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
