Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must lift 50+ pounds, with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety in loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for patient emergencies.
