Responsibilities

Develops mortgage loan relationships by networking with real estate professionals and making sales calls to prospective customers.
Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships with the real estate community.
Coordinates and communicates regularly with the Mortgage Lending Executive.
Provides mortgage advice and ensures all documentation is in place for prompt decision making.
Delivers exceptional customer service at all contact points with internal and external customers.
Identifies cross-selling opportunities for the customer and promotes bank products.
