Job summary

Unified Bank in Ohio is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to manage customer relationships at assigned banking centers, grow the mortgage loan portfolio, and attract new mortgage customers through real estate partnerships.

You will maintain exceptional customer experiences, coordinate with Mortgage Lending Executive, ensure complete loan documentation, and participate in community activities to promote bank products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of lending/origination experience.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products; active NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Develop mortgage loan portfolio and attract mortgage customers by building relationships with the real estate community.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience at all contact points and support risk management and compliance.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Lending Executive and prepare detailed loan information as requested.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure documentation is complete for prompt loan decisions.
• Participate in community activities to promote Unified Bank and its products.
