Qualifications

• Excellent organization and ability to manage changing work demand.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and complete applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with Home Lending Advisors when needed.
• Review complex files and find solutions before submission to processing.
• Manage pipeline and communicate status to advisors and borrowers.
• Coordinate submissions with realtors and builders to close loans.
• Assist in marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders.
