Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Strategic and Product Analytics Lead to shape mortgage origination product growth. You will own the analytical framework, influence product prioritization, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to drive strategic value.

You will develop the product strategy with economic analysis and manage relationships with Business Partners and senior leadership, balancing short-term results with long-term enterprise success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage banking or related consumer lending roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to build business case analytics and robust data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to own risk and influence stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a standard data-led analysis framework for Product and Innovation reviews.
• Support business case development and present findings to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate concepts and manage risk data processes.
• Identify product improvements to deliver best-in-class offerings.
• Assess operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery risks and coordinate solutions.
• Understand inter-dependencies and negotiate trade-offs.
• Manage book of work prioritization with partners and management.
