Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in mortgage lending, an active NMLS license, and strong leadership and communication abilities to build internal and external referral networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of mortgage lending experience with a managerial track record.
• NMLS license required.
• Experience originating FHA and VA loans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Mortgage department.
• Oversee operations from origination through closing.
• Implement policies to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
• Guide borrowers through applications and loan products.
• Build a referral network with internal staff, realtors, homebuilders, etc.
