Qualifications

• Prior banking experience and college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to address inquiries effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in financial sales or financial services, preferably Loan Officer or similar.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide financial guidance to customers, recommending loan products that fit needs.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, services, and industry regulations to advise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for loyalty and retention.
• Conduct mortgage servicing activities including loan origination in compliance with TILA regulations.
