TSI Raleigh, LLC. is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile compounding and patient supply assembly under a pharmacist in charge.

This role requires strict adherence to USP 797, SOPs, and regulatory standards, with responsibilities spanning inventory, documentation, delivery ticket processing in Care Tend, and patient follow-up. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and proactive client support, with daily environment monitoring and active involvement in

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting preferred.
• Registered with State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in service areas.

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls per USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Ensure drugs are prepared in appropriate containers with proper labeling.
• Monitor and document environmental conditions daily and report out-of-range readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to prevent interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm signed Admission Agreement.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and document all pertinent information.
• Order medications to maintain adequate inventory.
• Enter supplies into the Vital Systems inventory system.
• Store drugs and supplies safely and organized.
• Routinely inspect shelves to prevent shortages.
• Conduct monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion supplies.
• Report misconduct or unethical activities to HR.
• Build positive relationships with clients through attentive support.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with colleagues, supervisors, patients, and referrals.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents as required by policy.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.
