TSI Raleigh, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparations and patient supply assembly under pharmacist supervision. The role emphasizes adherence to USP 797, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining compounding competencies, accurate labeling, environmental monitoring, and daily logging. The technician will manage inventory, process deliveries, and support patient follow-up with thorough documentation.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s).

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment per USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Label containers properly and ensure adequate labeling.
• Monitor environmental conditions daily and notify PIC if readings are out of range.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to prevent treatment interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm on signed Admission Agreement.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and document thoroughly.
• Order medication to keep inventory stocked and meet patient needs.
• Enter supplies into Vital Systems inventory.
• Store drugs and supplies safely and keep workspace organized.
• Inspect shelves for reorders to prevent shortages.
• Conduct monthly inventory of supplies in ambulatory infusion suite.
• Report misconduct to Human Resources.
• Build positive client relationships with attentive, proactive support.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, patients, and referral sources.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents per company policy.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks.
