TSI Raleigh, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile compounding and assembling patient supplies under the supervision of a pharmacist. The role includes maintaining compliance with USP 797, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities include daily environmental monitoring, handling delivery tickets, and conducting patient follow-up calls to ensure uninterrupted treatment and quality care.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or compounding is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain clean work surfaces and environment per USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies and proper labeling of drugs.
• Monitor environmental conditions and document readings daily.
• Process delivery tickets and ensure timely patient treatment continuance.
• Complete patient follow-up assessment calls with thorough documentation.
