TSI Raleigh, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparations and patient supply assembly under a pharmacist in charge. The role covers compounding per USP 797, adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements, and maintaining inventory and documentation.

You will perform environment monitoring, ensure proper labeling, and support with patient follow-ups and quality initiatives. A high school diploma and pharmacy technician training are preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in service area(s).

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Clean work surfaces, equipment, and rooms per USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Ensure drugs are prepared in appropriate containers and labeled.
• Monitor environmental conditions daily and report out-of-range readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to prevent treatment interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets and confirm signed Admission Agreement.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and document thoroughly.
• Order medications to keep inventory stocked.
• Enter supplies into the inventory system (Vital Systems).
• Store drugs and supplies safely and keep workspace organized.
• Inspect shelves regularly to prevent shortages.
• Conduct monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion supplies.
• Report misconduct to Human Resources.
• Build positive client relationships with attentive support.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication with team and patients.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents as required by policy.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
