TSI Raleigh, LLC. is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparations and patient supply assembly under a pharmacist’s supervision.

The role requires performing sterile compounding per USP 797, maintaining environmental conditions, inventory, and documentation, and coordinating patient care activities with the Pharmacist in Charge. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow all SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Clean work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Assure proper labeling of prepared drugs.
• Monitor environmental conditions daily and report out-of-range readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to prevent interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm signatories.
• Conduct patient follow-up assessments and document thoroughly.
• Order medication to keep inventory well-stocked.
• Enter supplies into Vital Systems inventory.
• Store drugs and supplies safely and organize workspace.
• Routinely inspect shelves for shortages and reorders.
• Conduct monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion supplies.
• Report misconduct or unethical activities to HR.
• Build positive relations with clients and provide proactive support.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed by the PIC.
• Report product incidents as required by policy.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
