Acloché LLC is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile preparation of medications under the supervision of a Pharmacist in Charge. The role emphasizes strict regulatory adherence, proper labeling, inventory management, and timely patient support.

Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge, you will maintain environmental controls, logs, and communication with care teams to ensure safe, uninterrupted patient care in the infusion setting.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s).

Responsabilidades

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow all SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and requirements.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls according to USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Assure that all drugs prepared by the pharmacy are prepared in appropriate containers that are adequately labeled.
• Monitor and document environmental conditions daily and notify the PIC when readings are out of range.
• Accurately maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to ensure patients receive their treatments without interruption.
