CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion RN to join our expanding infusion team in Ohio. Under nurse supervision, you will perform patient home care tasks, infusion of injectable meds, assessment, IV access, and education while maintaining documentation and quality control.

This PRN role offers 5-10+ hours per week with travel within a 2-hour radius of Youngstown, OH, and includes pay of $40-$50/hour plus $0.48/mile, depending on experience.

Qualificações

• RN: 2 years (Required)
• ER/ICU/Infusion: 1 year preferred
• Accessing PIV lines, Ports and maintaining PICC lines: 1 year (Required)
• Infusion experience in a hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred)
• College degree/ certification required or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Infuse medications in patients' homes and travel to/from patient locations.
• Assess patient medical history, allergies, and current medications before treatments.
• Monitor patients during infusion for adverse reactions or complications.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects, and home management.
• Document infusion processes, patient responses, adverse events, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with nursing team, pharmacists, and other staff to coordinate care.
