Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a licensed RN for in-home infusion duties under the supervision of a CNS. You will perform assessment, IV/port access, administer IV and injectable meds, and educate patients in their homes while supporting pharmacy operations.

This role requires travel to patient residences within roughly a 2-hour radius from Flint, MI, with compensation of $45–$55 per hour (DOE) plus $0.48 per mile and ~5–10 hours weekly, depending on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active RN license.
• Infusion therapy experience and home health preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from Flint, MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel.
• Administer prescribed medications IV/subcutaneous per orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to adverse reactions.
• Conduct pre-treatment assessments and vital signs checks.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infusion processes and education.
• Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy teams to implement care plans.
