Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver specialty medications to patients in their homes in the South Bend, IN area. You will work under nurse supervision, perform infusion administration, patient assessment, education, and maintain accurate records.

This role requires travel up to 2 hours from South Bend, up to 20 hours per week, and close collaboration with pharmacists and clinicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• College degree/ certification required or equivalent experience.
• RN: 2 years (Required)
• ER/ICU/Infusion: 1 year preferred (critical thinking)
• Accessing PIV lines, Ports and maintaining PICC lines: 1 year (Required)
• Infusion experience in a hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Infuse medications in patients' homes and travel to/from patient locations.
• Monitor patients during infusions for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and aftercare.
• Document infusion procedures, patient responses, and events.
• Collaborate with nursing team, pharmacists, and other staff to coordinate care.
