Job summary

CSI Pharmacy in South Bend, IN is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our care team. Under nurse supervision, you will perform designated tasks related to patient home care, including assessment, IV and port access, education, and infusion of injectable medications.

Travel up to 2 hours from South Bend, up to ~10 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement. Competitive pay range and opportunities to support immunoglobulin therapy programs as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license required to practice in Indiana.
• RN: 2 years (Required).
• Infusion experience in hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Infuse specialty medications via IV or subcutaneous routes in patients' homes.
• Assess patient history, allergies, and current medications before treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects, and care at home.
• Monitor patients during infusion and manage adverse reactions.
• Document infusion details, patient responses, and follow-up plans.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and nursing staff to ensure safe therapy delivery.
• Maintain inventory and comply with safety and infection control standards.
• Travel up to two hours from South Bend, IN to reach patients' homes.
