Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home infusion therapy in the Memphis, TN area. Under supervision of a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will assess patients, gain IV/port access, administer IV/injectable meds, and educate caregivers.

You will also support pharmacy operations, maintain records, and manage inventory. The role requires 20-30 hours per week, travel up to 2 hours from residence, and willingness to travel; compensation is $40–$50 per hour plus

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years infusion/home health experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• IgCN-certified nurses may participate in specialty mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer IV/subcutaneous medications per orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions; document and report findings.
• Educate patients/caregivers on therapies and post-infusion care.
• Maintain accurate infusion documentation and inventory records.
• Assist with insurance verification and authorizations.
