Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. You will work under supervision and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality infusion care.

Travel up to 100% may be required. Preferred BSN; strong emphasis on patient education, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification (in-person class required).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs during each skilled visit and documents care in real time.
• Provides training and mentorship to lower-level nurses to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and communicates with the clinical team for continuity of care.
• Performs all duties in accordance with policies, HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
