Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to the physician plan of care.

As a licensed RN with CPR and infusion experience, you will assess patients, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team. The role requires travel to patient homes within service area and adherence to HIPAA and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at visits and documents care promptly.
• Provides training/mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety.
• Communicates with clinical team and coordinates discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
