Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Show Low, AZ and surrounding locations. The role emphasizes education, compassionate care, and adherence to health guidelines under physician and clinical management supervision.

Qualified candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, current CPR/BLS, and strong IV placement skills, with preferred experience in Med/Surg, ICU, ER, and home health infusion

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing (required).
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Background check and malpractice insurance as per policy.
• Home Health/Infusion experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow-up as directed by Physician/Clinical Manager.
• Develop initial treatment plans with physicians based on orders and patient assessment.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies.
