Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Show Low and surrounding locations. The nurse will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, and provide high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing, current BLS, and five years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or eligibility in Arizona.
• Background check required.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• Drug screen required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience preferred in Acute Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care and follow-up as directed by Physician and Clinical Manager.
• Confer with physicians to develop initial treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care and teach patients and families.
• Report patient care and progress to physicians and Clinical Manager.
