Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona seeks an experienced RN to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in San Antonio and surrounding locations. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, and provide high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision.

The role requires compassion, cool temperament, and readiness to handle emergent situations. Benefits include a flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and an RN referral program.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing; minimum five years of experience in Acute Care preferred.
• Strong Med/Surg, ICU, ER, and acute care experience.
• Home Health/Infusion experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily EMR forms for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow-up as directed by Physician/Clinical Manager.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to develop initial treatment plans.
• Discharge patients after consultation with physician and Clinical Manager; complete documentation.
