Job summary

Aetna is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home infusion nursing in Kansas. The position pays $20–$30 per hour and supports full-time shifts (32–36 hours weekly). A BSN/ASN nursing degree and active MA license are required by the posting.

You will perform one-on-one infusion visits, educate patients per treatment plans, document care in EMR, and travel within Milford and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

Active nursing license in the state of MA.
Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 12 months of infusion/IV experience.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and patient‑care documentation systems.
Ability to participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one domestic infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician’s treatment plan.
Use clinical IV experience and personal contact to help patients recover in their home environment.
Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge through continuous education on infusion and medical needs.
Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
Adhere to scheduled full‑time shifts (32–36 hours per week) with flexibility for night or weekend work as required.
Travel within the assigned coverage area (Milford and surrounding regions); mileage reimbursed.
Work safely and compliantly with all regulatory and company policies, including infection control and COVID‑19 protocols.
