Job summary

CureCare is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapy and nursing services to patients in their homes. This per diem role offers flexible schedules, with a minimum of 20 hours per month and no guaranteed hours.

You will build your patient book while maintaining high-quality care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include infusion therapy, monitoring, and maintaining vascular access, with documentation completed using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable means to travel to patient homes.
• Minimum 2+ years of general infusion experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently in a home environment.
• Proficient with electronic medical record documentation and nursing notes.
• Proficient in peripheral IV insertion and infusion therapy management.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications, assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies.
