Job summary
Aetna in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for Home Implantation (Home IV/CVS Care). The full-time role offers 32–36 hours weekly, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Responsibilities include delivering home infusion nursing visits, administering IV therapies, training patients per treatment plan, and on-call shifts as needed. Travel and multi-state licensure may be required; OSHA-compliant safety is assumed.
Qualifications
- RN license in the applicable state or territory.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- 1+ year nursing experience with infusion/IV care.
- Proficient in MS Office and Word for documentation.
- Availability for on-call turns as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver home infusion nursing visits and patient training per treatment plan.
- Provide a wide scope of IV therapies in patients' homes.
- Apply IV care experience with compassionate bedside manner in the home.
- Communicate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.
- May require multi-state licensure and on-call shifts.
- Reimburse mileage and cover patient and drive time.
