Job summary

Aetna is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home infusion nursing services across California. You will administer infusion therapies, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients in their own homes.

Ideal candidates hold an active CA RN license, have infusion/IV experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers the opportunity to work in a patient-centered, home-based setting with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with CA license is required.
• At least 12 months of general nursing experience with infusion/IV experience.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) to document patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Participate in on-call rotation per staffing and organizational needs.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers according to the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain licensure requirements and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and other care team members.
