Job summary

Clinivoy Infusion Centers is hiring Home Infusion Registered Nurses to deliver infusion therapy in patients’ homes across California. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, establish IV access, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure safety and quality care.

The role requires an active California RN license, recent ICU/ER or infusion experience, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years in ICU/ER/infusion or similar acute care settings.
• Current California RN license; BLS (ACLS preferred).
• Experience in home infusion or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality infusion therapy in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments before, during, and after each infusion.
• Establish peripheral IV access and manage central venous devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, procedures, and safety.
• Document care and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and the team.
• Travel to patient homes; maintain infection control and safety standards.
