Job summary

Atulo Health is seeking a Per Diem/PRN Infusion RN to deliver direct infusion therapy to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites. Scheduling is flexible and compensation includes mileage reimbursement and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates hold an active California RN license, have at least 1 year of home infusion experience, current BLS certification, and strong skills in assessment, medication administration, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other care team members

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites
• Administer IVIG, SCIG, biologics and other prescribed IV/injectable therapies
• Monitor treatment, assess patients, and document care
• Educate patients and coordinate with the care team and pharmacies
