Job summary

Clinivoy Infusion Centers is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy across California. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, establish IV access, and ensure high-quality patient care in patients’ homes.

Requirements include an RN license in California, 3+ years in acute care, and strong IV and EMR skills. Travel to patient homes is required; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• California RN license required.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in ICU/ER/Critical Care/Infusion or similar acute care setting.
• Previous home infusion experience preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality infusion therapy in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the clinical team.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and procedures.
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in EMR.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to adverse events or emergencies.
• Travel to patients’ homes to administer prescribed therapies.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
