Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in clients' homes or infusion suites. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to a physician plan of care.

This role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, and valid CPR certification. Travel up to 100% may be required to support patients in the home setting and ambulatory infusion centers.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory settings.
• Current CPR certification as required by company policy.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications, performs treatments, and educates patients and families.
• Ensures accurate documentation and timely communication with clinical team.
• Travels to patients’ homes to provide safe, compliant care under physician orders.
