Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients needing in-home specialty medication administration. Nurses work as independent contractors, selecting visits that fit their schedule and location. There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit.

As a Float Health nurse, you provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, gaining flexibility and autonomy while applying your IV and clinical skills outside the hospital setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding.
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Deliver safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care.

Conocimientos

RN license

BLS certification

3+ years nursing experience

Educación

RN degree (ADN/BSN accepted)

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
