Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. Float Health nurses provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, choosing visits that fit location and schedule.

There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit. As an independent contractor, you administer IV medications (IVIG and monoclonal antibodies), start peripheral IVs, monitor patients, educate and support them, delivering safe,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nevada or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Monitor patients during treatment.

What You'll Do

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• Providing patient education and support
• Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
