Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. Nurses work as independent contractors, selecting available patient visits that fit their schedule and location.

As a Float Health nurse, you will provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, adminstering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies, starting and maintaining peripheral IVs, and monitoring and educating patients to deliver safe,

Qualifications

• Active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding.
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes.
• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.

• Monitor patients throughout treatment.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
