Job summary

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. Nurses work as independent contractors and can select visits that fit their schedule and location.

As a Float Health nurse, you will provide one-on-one infusion care in patients' homes, administer IV medications, start IVs, monitor treatment, and educate patients while delivering compassionate care. Your RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification
• 3+ years hospital or home infusion experience

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs
• Monitor patients throughout treatment
• Provide patient education and support
• Deliver safe, efficient nursing care
