Job summary

Amerita in Chattanooga is seeking a qualified Home Infusion RN to deliver patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess, plan, and coordinate infusion therapies 1:1 with patients, ensuring safety and adherence to state and professional guidelines.

The role requires a BSN, active RN license, CPR, and travel to patient residences; 20 hours a week with on-call and possible weekend shifts; supports a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Infusion/home health care experience preferred.
• IV therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion nursing and state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers and patients.
• Document care in home setting or AIS.
• Manage vascular access devices and draw labs.
• Educate patients and caregivers; monitor progress.
