Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a new home infusion pharmacy in Belgrade, MT. This onsite, full-time role offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 and the opportunity to shape operations from day one, building a team backed by an established national organization.

You will oversee operations, drive regulatory compliance, and work with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Montana Pharmacist license required.
• Experience in pharmacy management or demonstrated leadership.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical operations, and quality standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership to build a new operation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
• Lead startup activities, including ACHC accreditation preparation, workflows and readiness.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team.
• Oversee home infusion medication preparation, dispensing and QA.
• Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to support patient care and growth.
