Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a new home infusion pharmacy in Belgrade, MT. This onsite, full-time role offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 and the opportunity to shape operations from day one, building a team backed by an established national organization.

You will oversee operations, drive regulatory compliance, and work with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Montana Pharmacist license required.

Build and lead a new home infusion pharmacy.

We're seeking an experienced pharmacist to help launch and lead a new home infusion pharmacy backed by an established, growing national organization.

This is an opportunity to shape operations from day one, build a high-performing team, and make a meaningful impact on patient care. For the right leader, there may also be an opportunity to take on broader operational responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, overseeing pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead pharmacy startup activities, including ACHC accreditation preparation, workflows, and operational readiness.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team.
• Oversee home infusion medication preparation, dispensing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizational leadership to support exceptional patient care and pharmacy growth.

What You Bring

• Active Montana Pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy management or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical operations, and quality standards.
• Hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something meaningful.

Preferred

• 5+ years of home infusion experience.
• Background in specialty pharmacy, sterile compounding, or pharmacy startup operations.
• Previous PIC or ACHC accreditation experience.
