Job Juncture seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) in Decatur, GA to oversee the pharmacy, administrative, and sales departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The role includes financial oversight and collaboration with owners and the corporate office on performance and strategic initiatives.

The candidate should have a GA Board-registered B.S. or PharmD, strong people and communication skills, and solid customer service and computer

Qualifications

• B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding for profitable operations.
• Preferred: three years clinical experience.
• Preferred: management of pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and company policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Management and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees across departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on healthcare provision.
• Resolves questions and issues for departments and staff.
• Implements company policies and protocols for consumer service.
• Contributes to strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintains USP <797> knowledge for sterile preparations.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and staff assignments.
• Reviews charts and lab results for product and device selection.
• Evaluates medication orders for safety, efficacy, and cost.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to the healthcare team.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Trains new employees and supports performance initiatives.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
