Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is hiring an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion sites under supervision. The role focuses on safe, compliant care per physician plans and institutional policies.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license with 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience and CPR certification. Travel to patient homes is required, and documentation must be accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and manages basic nursing care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and status at each visit; adjust plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence with prescribed therapy.
• Document care in real time and ensure timely billing documentation.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide summaries and reports as required.
• Complies with agency policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Use computers and systems to validate orders and communicate care.
• Respond to patient requests and initiate emergency procedures when needed.
• Ensure ethical and confidential handling of patient information.
• May supervise paraprofessionals in home settings and assist with orientation.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities when assigned.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
