Job summary

Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or infusion sites under close supervision. You will implement nursing plans, administer therapies, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and compliance with a physician-approved plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience. Travel for visits is necessary, with company policies guiding on-site requirements and documentation

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plans of care in home or infusion sites.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Coordinates with physician orders and documents care in real time.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely discharge planning.
