Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under close supervision. You will ensure patient safety and follow the physician’s plan of care while delivering exceptional infusion services.

The role requires an active RN license, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification. Expect travel up to 100% and ongoing education to maintain competency within state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care in home or alternate infusion sites.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and reconciles physician orders.
• Provides patient and family education for independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documentation in real time for billing and care continuity.
• Coordinate discharge planning and report progress and goals on transfer of care.
• Adhere to agency policies, standards, and HIPAA requirements.
