Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home and infusion sites under supervision. You will implement nursing plans, perform treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure timely documentation for billing and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (in-person class required).
• Ability to operate a vehicle for business travel with liability insurance.

Aufgaben

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs during each home visit and documents care.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and safe discharge planning.
