Qualifikationen

• RN license in the current state of practice; 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience or 3 years of related nursing experience.
• Required CPR certification.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan of care and company policies.
• Oversee nursing care planning, patient education, and progress evaluation.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the quality of patient care; in-home evaluations of staff when appropriate.
• Ensure Nursing Care Plans are appropriate and updated as needed.
• Act as Administrator/Director of Nursing in the absence of leadership.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage logistics, budgeting, and medical supplies.
